CT Brick Oven Supply – Return Policy (Updated with International Shipping
Terms)
CT Brick Oven Supply LLC, operating through our official website, establishes this
Return Policy to provide clarity, transparency, and fairness in the return and exchange
process. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined
below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. All returned items must meet the following criteria:
The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the original
box, internal protections, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
1.2. Products are not eligible for return if:
They have been used, installed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Packaging is damaged, missing, or altered.
They are custom-made, personalized items, or marked as Final Sale or Non-
Returnable.
2. Customer Responsibility After Delivery
2.1. Once the customer signs for the delivery, they confirm that the product was
received in good condition.
2.2. If the customer opens the box after signing and discovers internal damage, CT
Brick Oven Supply is not responsible.
2.3. No returns, refunds, or replacements will be accepted for damage reported after the
delivery receipt has been signed.
3. Return Time Frame
3.1. Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.
3.2. Approved returns must be shipped back within the same 5-day window.
3.3. Claims for defective or damaged items before signing must be submitted within 5
days of delivery with supporting evidence.
4. Return Authorization Procedure
4.1. To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA):

4.2. The customer must provide the order number, product details, and reason for
return.
4.3. Once approved, CT Brick Oven Supply will issue an RMA number and provide
return instructions.
4.4. Items must be packed securely in original packaging, and the RMA number must
be included in the shipment.
5. Return Shipping Costs
5.1. Unless due to a CT Brick Oven Supply shipping error or defect reported before
signing, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
5.2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Inspection and Refund Processing
6.1. Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
6.2. Refunds or credits will be issued only if the item meets all return requirements.
6.3. Items that show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing packaging will be
rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
7. International Customers
7.1. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for:
All shipping costs from their country to the United States (both ways if returning).
All tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, government fees, brokerage fees, and
clearance charges.
All documentation required by their local customs authorities.
7.2. CT Brick Oven Supply will prepare and provide:
A tracking number for the shipment.
Necessary export documentation so the customer can complete any customs
requirements upon arrival in their country.
7.3. International customers are fully responsible for:
Clearing customs in their country.
Paying any additional fees required by local authorities.
Ensuring that all paperwork is completed appropriately at the time of import.
7.4. Door-to-door international delivery can be arranged for an additional cost.
This service is optional and must be requested in advance. Fees vary depending on
destination and carrier availability.
