Return and Cancellation Policy – Custom Products
At CT Brick Oven Supply, we value our customers and are committed to delivering high-
quality, handcrafted products. Because many of our ovens and materials are made to order,
certain restrictions apply to returns and cancellations.
1. Custom (Personalized) Orders
All products that are custom-designed or manufactured based on the customer’s
specifications — including custom ovens, modified materials, or personalized components— are non-refundable once the production process has begun.
2. Cancellations
• Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours after receiving the order
confirmation.
• If a cancellation is requested after with 24-hour period, CT Brick Oven Supply reserves the
right to retain a percentage of the total order amount to cover costs associated with
materials, design, and preparation.
3. Retention Percentage
If a custom order is canceled after the 24-hour window, the company may retain up to 30%
of the total order value, depending on the stage of production and materials used.
4. Errors or Damages
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or contains an error attributable to CT
Brick Oven Supply, we will review the situation and may offer a repair, replacement, or
partial credit, depending on the case.
5. Policy Acceptance
By confirming and paying for a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Return and Cancellation Policy.
