Return and Cancellation Policy – Custom Products
At CT Brick Oven Supply, we value our customers and are committed to delivering high-
quality, handcrafted products. Because many of our ovens and materials are made to order,
certain restrictions apply to returns and cancellations.
1. Custom (Personalized) Orders
All products that are custom-designed or manufactured based on the customer’s
specifications — including custom ovens, modified materials, or personalized components— are non-refundable once the production process has begun.
2. Cancellations
• Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation, as long as production has not started.
• After this 24-hour period, or once production has started (whichever comes first), the order cannot be canceled. The 50% deposit is strictly non-refundable and no partial refunds will be given.
3. Errors or Damages
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or contains an error attributable to CT
Brick Oven Supply, we will review the situation and may offer a repair, replacement, or
partial credit, depending on the case.
4. Policy Acceptance
By confirming and paying for a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Return and Cancellation Policy.
